Position Requirements:
- Active California Physical Therapist license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Physical exam within the past year.
- Negative TB test.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
Your Role:
- Provide in-home physical therapy for patients recovering from surgery or managing chronic conditions.
- Focus on balance, strength, range of motion, home safety, and equipment assessments.
- Conduct 45-minute sessions, typically 2–3 visits per patient per week.
- Use user-friendly software to document sessions and track progress.
- Handle a caseload of 1 to 7 patients weekly, depending on your availability.
