- Coverage: 10-mile radius from your Home Address. Fillmore, Oak View, Ventura, and surrounding areas

Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- CA Licensed Physical Therapist.
- CPR Certified.
- Recent Physical within last year.
- Clear TB Test experience (Entry Levels to Seasoned).
- Works well unsupervised.
Physical Therapy in Home Health:
- Evaluate patients.
- Follow-up patients.
- Patients are seen 2 to 3 times per week.
- Post-surgical.
- Balance.
- Home safety.
- ROM.
- Strength training.
- Equipment evaluation.
What to expect while treating:
- 45-minute treatments.
- Easy laptop documentation.
- 1 to 7 pts in a week.
